Work environments have plenty of underwriting complexities that have to be navigated and understood in order to be productive.   For example, mostly driven by the ingrained culture of delivery task assignments, how do we recognize sources of motivation? Would you know it if hit you in the face?  Ask yourself if you are even at the table where decisions are being made.

It's not easy being a regular internet user

So one day, I was asked to take a look at a computer. Internet was slow, pages did not want to load, all kinds of computer usability problems. I turned on the computer and launched Internet explorer. My first reaction to what I have just seen was "WOW".
